Yoga is for all humans. Renew, Refresh and Rejuvenate your body and mind. A separate service for adults.

$30 a month unlimited classes
Qualifications
Yoga Instructor since 1999, YogaFit trained and RYT 200.
Physical Therapy Assistant degree 2017.
LCPC, Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor working in variety settings for 25 years; middle school, high school, college & community settings.
Master's degree from UMKC.
